This is how Newgrounds work:
Everytime you upload a Game or Movie, the submission MUST go through a Under Judgement phase. This is what makes or breaks submissions, because in this process, it must go through voting and that relies on how high your submission's score is. For 50 votes, it must be higher than 1.0, 70 votes requires a 1.5 or more, and finally for 90 votes, it needs to be 1.75 or higher. At any point if it goes under the required score, it gets deleted, or simply blammed. However, a submission can be deleted at any point by mods IF it violates the guidelines depending on what portal you posted it in. A movie submission cannot be deleting for violating Game guidelines and vice versa.
